- 15+ years in Quality Engineering / Test Management.
- 5+ years at Program Test Manager / Senior Test Manager level.
- Mandatory: Insurance experience.
- Strong experience leading large, complex financial services or insurance programs.
- Strong Test Strategy & Governance experience across SIT, E2E, regression, UAT and release assurance.
- Strong senior stakeholder and supplier management experience.
- Experience with test transformation, automation, CI/CD and regression optimization.
- Strong understanding of wealth, retirement, pensions or investment platforms is preferred.
- FNZ or comparable wealth platform experience is preferred.
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
