About you


You're an experienced videographer with a strong showreel and a passion for creating engaging content that delivers results.


You'll be equally comfortable behind a camera, in an edit suite or presenting creative ideas to colleagues and clients. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, taking ownership of projects, and bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving.


You'll have a strong understanding of how video supports wider communications objectives and ideally have experience working with corporate brands, senior stakeholders, and an understanding of editorial video, and social-first content.


About the role


We're looking for an experienced Senior Videographer to join our growing Studio Team.


This is an exciting opportunity for a talented video specialist who thrives on creating high-quality content and wants to play a key role in shaping and developing our video offering. You'll lead projects from concept through to delivery, working with some of the UK's best-known brands to create engaging content across corporate communications, social media, internal communications, employer brand, thought leadership and campaign activity.


You'll combine creative thinking with strong production expertise, confidently managing shoots, directing contributors, editing content, and advising colleagues and clients on the most effective approaches to video storytelling.


Working closely with account teams, social specialists, and PR consultants, you'll help deliver integrated campaigns while contributing to the continued growth of our creative specialism.


Role responsibilities

  • Leading the planning, production and delivery of high-quality video content across a range of client programmes
  • Managing projects from concept development through filming, editing and final delivery
  • Independently leading shoots, including directing contributors and managing camera, lighting and audio set-ups
  • Creating compelling content for corporate communications, social media, campaigns, internal communications and employer branding activity
  • Collaborating with creative, social and client teams to develop engaging video concepts and treatments
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients on video strategy, formats, trends and best practice
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards across all video outputs
  • Supporting and mentoring junior and midweight colleagues within the creative team
  • Contributing to new business pitches, proposals and creative presentations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, introduce innovation and enhance our video offering
  • Keeping up to date with developments in production technology, AI tools and content trends


Role requirements

  • 6+ years' professional videography experience, ideally within an agency, in-house communications team or production environment
  • Strong experience creating content for corporate communications, internal communications, social media and brand campaigns
  • Excellent shooting, editing and post-production skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of After Effects
  • Experience managing shoots independently, including camera, lighting and audio equipment
  • Strong storytelling and creative development skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
  • Interest in emerging production technologies, AI tools and evolving content formats
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly to client locations and shoot venues
