Service Improvement Manager
Location: Ideally based in the South East/South West England e.g. Bromley, Romsey, Banbury, Cheltenham, Bristol, Cornwall - regular travel to our services in these locations will be required
Salary: £55,597 per annum + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop Service Managers to improve performance and quality.
- Lead service improvement and turnaround initiatives.
- Deliver quality, compliance, financial and safety objectives.
- Drive efficiencies and best practice to improve outcomes.
- Support budget delivery, reduce agency costs and strengthen workforce stability.
- Provide leadership that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead or support safeguarding and regulatory improvement actions.
- Embed the principles of "Right Care, Right Support, Right Culture."
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, regulators and key stakeholders.
About You
With a proven track record of delivering service improvements and operational excellence within budget and across multiple sites, you'll have a strong understanding of social care regulations and policy, excellent stakeholder management, leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
Essential Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in social care
- Relevant professional and/or management qualification
- Proven experience delivering service improvement and turnaround programmes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
- Passion for improving outcomes for disabled people.
- Flexible to do regular UK travel/ overnight stays
Desirable Requirements
- Qualification in Social Care Management.
- Strong professional network within the social care sector.
