What the job involves:

• You will be responsible to provide leadership & direction ensuring all customers service experience is best in class and met with robust communication and organisation.
• You will be o verseeing and reprioritising accordingly the planning of workloads to meet with customers’ expectations and ensure all Company targets are met and exceeded.
• You will be expected to manage the service department team and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
• Oversee employee training & development to ensure all staff are competent with in their roles
  
  

Work Experience:

• Previous experience in Team Leadership.
• A successful track record in delivering business results.
• The ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Competent negotiator.
• IT literate.
  
  

Desirable Attributes:

• The ability to work within a multi-disciplined team.
• Excellence in customer service from a service based industry.
• Experienced in municipal market.
• The ability to motivate staff and communicate at all levels.
• Be commercially astute and customer centric.
