Role: ServiceNow Developer (SC Cleared)

Location: UK, (London/ Manchester/Ipswich - Occasional Travel)

Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35

We are looking for a UK-based, SC-cleared ServiceNow Developer with experience across ITSM, ITOM, and AI-driven capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on automation and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise ServiceNow modules across ITSM and ITOM.
• Implement integrations and automation using ServiceNow and AI capabilities.
• Support platform enhancements, incident/problem management improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solution.

Skills Required

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITOM).
• Exposure to AI/automation use cases within ServiceNow.
• Experience with integrations, workflows, and scripting.
• Active SC clearance (Mandatory).
