ServiceNow Architect

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Contract: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions within a complex financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to enterprise standards and roadmaps.
• Design and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM and related modules.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural oversight throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, data imports, and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, compliance, and operational stability.
• Drive CMDB, CSDM, data quality, workflow, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog best practices.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Strong ServiceNow development and integration expertise.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM, BCM, TPRM and related modules.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
