About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing delivery team working with enterprise clients across digital transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ServiceNow implementation experience who enjoys working across multiple modules and engaging directly with clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Configure and customise core ServiceNow applications.
- Support and maintain CMDB and related data models.
- Work across ITSM and ITOM modules to deliver scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Participate in technical workshops and solution design sessions.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years' experience implementing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- CMDB
- Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations from design through to deployment.
- Strong scripting and platform configuration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid client-facing environment.
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience working within enterprise or consulting environments.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
Working Pattern
- Hybrid working.
- 2–3 days per week on client site in London.
