Are you an experienced and reliable Site Manager looking to take ownership of high-quality residential projects?

Bow Tie Construction is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee our high-specification residential projects across North West London.

What we're looking for: ✅ Proven Site Manager experience on UK construction projects

✅ SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work qualifications

✅ Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM 2015

✅ Experience managing subcontractors, programme, quality and site logistics

✅ Strong IT skills and confidence using construction software, Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools
