About the Team and Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly capable, all-round video editor to join our team, focused on delivering high-performing ad creatives,i can only social-first content, and structured long-form assets.
This role is not just about cutting clips, you’ll be responsible for editing content that drives performance, whether that’s short-form ads, VSLs, or long-form educational content like courses.
You’ll work across a variety of formats, including:
- Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Long-form content (courses, YouTube, VSLs)
- Any other promotional and website content
We’re looking for editors who understand what works on social media, but can also stay clean, structured, and efficient when working on longer-form projects.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-performing video ads for social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging short-form content with subtitles, overlays, pacing, and hooks
- Edit long-form content such as courses, YouTube videos, and VSLs with clean structure and flow
- Add basic motion graphics, captions, and on-screen elements to enhance clarity and engagement
- Work from briefs while also bringing creative input where needed
- Maintain consistency across branding, tone, and style
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with the rest of the content team
Who are you?
- You have strong experience editing both short-form and long-form content
- You understand how to make content engaging, clear, and conversion-focused
- You’re comfortable editing ads and understand what drives performance (hooks, pacing, retention)
- You can keep long-form content clean, structured, and easy to follow
- You’re up to date with social media trends, but not overly reliant on trends
- You’re efficient, reliable, and can deliver consistent quality
You’re a great match if-
- You have 2–4+ years of editing experience (not entry-level)
- You have a portfolio that includes:
- Paid ads or performance content
- Short-form social edits
- Long-form content (courses, YouTube, or similar)
- You are highly proficient in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (for basic overlays/motion)
- You understand storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention
- You can follow systems while maintaining quality
- You are organized, communicative, and deadline-driven
- You have a strong attention to detail
Technical Requirements:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (essential)
- After Effects (for overlays, captions, light motion work)
- Photoshop (basic use)
(Animation skills are a bonus, not essential)

- Editors who only specialize in viral TikTok trends
- Overly design-heavy editors who can’t work fast and efficiently
- People who need heavy direction for every task
