Software Engineer – Agentic Systems

We're building next-generation AI systems and are looking for a strong software engineer with experience building agentic products to join the team at an exciting stage of growth.
This is not a prompt engineering role. You'll be designing and building production software around LLMs — working on agents that can reason, use tools, execute tasks and operate reliably in real-world environments.
What you'll do
- Build and ship agentic AI systems into production
- Design backend architectures and scalable services
- Work across agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation and reliability
- Integrate LLMs into robust software systems
- Make decisions around data, state, permissions, observability and testing
- Experiment quickly and own problems from idea through to deployment
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Several years' experience building production software
- Experience building LLM-powered or agentic systems
- Strong programming ability in Python, Rust, C++, Java or similar
- Good understanding of system design and architecture
- Experience with tools/frameworks such as LangGraph, MCP, Google ADK or similar
- Pragmatic, high-agency approach to solving difficult problems
