Job Description

A Solutions Architect is responsible for implementing and configuring the Aiimi Workplace AI Platform across customer environments, supporting both SaaS deployments and on-premises implementations. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with commercial awareness, ensuring deployments are delivered to scope, on time, and with measurable value.

Job Requirements

  • Participate in pre-sales demos, supporting technical playbacks and customer workshops. 
  • Build detailed Work Breakdown Structures and Statements of Work for customer implementations following pre-sales engagement, defining project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and implementation activities to support successful project delivery and translate into working implementations. 
  • Configure, deploy, and integrate the Aiimi Workplace AI Platform across customer environments, including both SaaS and on-premises deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, escalating to Engineering only when necessary.
  • Engage with customers throughout delivery, providing clear technical guidance. 
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to reusable delivery approaches.
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate fixes for Service Desk tickets 

Key Interfaces  
  • Senior and Principal Solutions Architects for technical direction and support.
  • Engineering teams for product fixes and enhancements. 
  • Sales & Pre-Sales for demos and feasibility input. 
  • Delivery Managers to ensure projects meet scope and timescales. 
  • Customers in technical delivery and adoption stages. 

Skills you'll bring

  • Hands-on experience in platform deployment, configuration, integration and performance tuning. 
  • Development skills in Python, scripting, or web development. 
  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience with ML/AI and Classification capabilities. 
  • Understanding of cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises infrastructures. 
  • Working knowledge of networking, storage, firewalls, and VMs. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical details in accessible terms. 

Success Measures 
  • Accurate estimates and reduced rework. 
  • On-time, in-scope, and high-quality implementations. 
  • Positive feedback from customers and delivery managers. 
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate fixes for Service Desk tickets 
  • Contribution to team learning and delivery consistency.
