We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a high-performing team focused on helping enterprise organizations transform their digital marketing and customer experience ecosystems. This role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, and customer engagement, partnering with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders to define future-state digital architectures, drive technology transformation initiatives, and maximize business value from marketing technology investments


The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, helping organizations leverage Adobe and broader marketing technology platforms to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences at scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, providing guidance on digital transformation, customer experience, and marketing technology initiatives.
  • Assess current-state technology landscapes and business objectives to develop future-state architecture roadmaps.
  • Design and present scalable marketing technology solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud and related enterprise platforms.
  • Partner with technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business outcomes.
  • Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases and value realization frameworks to support technology transformation initiatives.
  • Support sales opportunities through solution design, executive presentations, technical validation, and strategic consulting.
  • Define integration architectures across CRM, CDP, analytics, personalization, content management, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Drive best practices around data management, APIs, cloud technologies, security, and enterprise integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful outcomes and long-term customer value

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Principal Consultant, Technical Architect, or similar customer-facing leadership role.
  • Strong background supporting large-scale digital marketing, customer experience, or marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions.
  • Deep understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), CRM, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, content management, and digital engagement technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, cloud architectures, data integration, structured and unstructured data, and security frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Experience developing strategic roadmaps, business cases, and transformation programs.
  • Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe certifications such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Analytics/CJA, Adobe Target, or Workfront.
  • TOGAF certification.
  • Experience architecting or delivering mobile applications using Native, Flutter, or React Native frameworks.
  • Experience managing a revenue-generating book of business, including pipeline management, contract review, and value realization tracking.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and AI-powered customer experience solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
