Solutions Architect

Role: Solution Architect / Technical Architect – Banking (Finacle)

Location: London, UK

We are looking for experienced Solution Architects and Technical Architects to join our team, working on Finacle – Infosys’ flagship core banking platform. This role is central to driving large-scale banking transformation programs, with a strong focus on solution design, architecture, and implementation on Finacle.

Role Overview

This is a blended opportunity for professionals who can either:

• Drive end-to-end solution architecture and client engagement (Solution Architect), OR
• Lead technical design and execution of Finacle implementations (Technical Architect)

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering Finacle-led transformation programs for leading global banks.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture (Pre-Sales / Strategic)

• Own end-to-end solutioning on Finacle across RFI/RFP and pursuit lifecycle
• Define value propositions leveraging Finacle capabilities aligned to client needs
• Engage with senior stakeholders within banking clients as a trusted advisor
• Drive solution architecture, proposal development, and client presentations
• Collaborate with Sales, Product (Finacle), and Consulting teams

Technical Architecture (Delivery / Execution)

• Translate solution designs into detailed technical architecture on Finacle
• Lead implementation, integration, and deployment of Finacle solutions
• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of the architecture
• Work closely with engineering and delivery teams across geographies
• Support architecture governance, troubleshooting, and optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in banking technology
• Strong experience with core banking platforms – preferably Finacle
• Solid understanding of banking domain (retail, corporate, payments, lending, etc.)
• Experience in either:
• Solution architecture / pre-sales on core banking platforms, OR
• Technical architecture / implementation of Finacle solutions
• Exposure to enterprise architecture, integrations, cloud, and digital banking ecosystems
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and work across global teams

Preferred Background

• Experience with large banks, fintechs, or consulting organizations
• Prior involvement in core banking transformation or modernization programs
• Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem and Fintech landscape
