Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist eager to make a difference in cardiac and endocrine care?
Join our dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting patients across our Cardiac Care and Endocrinology wards, with additional involvement in cardiac rehabilitation services.
About The Role
As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in assessing, treating, educating, and planning discharges for patients with a range of cardiac and endocrine conditions. You will work closely alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Nurses, and Therapy Assistants, to deliver holistic, patient-centred care across both inpatient wards and cardiac rehabilitation settings.
This role also includes delivering education sessions within cardiac rehabilitation classes, supporting patients to better understand their condition, promote self-management, and optimise recovery and long-term health outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to take on a senior therapy position, contributing to the ongoing development of cardiac and endocrine therapy services to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
