We are looking for motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Acute Surgical Assessment team on Ward 5C within the Surgical Directorate.
Ward 5C is a busy, fastpaced environment receiving direct admissions across a range of surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Colorectal, Upper GI and Urology. We are seeking a nurse with strong clinical and communication skills who can thrive in an everchanging acute setting.
Surgical experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and clinical skills development will be provided. You should be adaptable, confident in assessing and admitting patients, and willing to contribute to quality improvement within the team. Opportunities to develop triage and shiftco-ordination skills will be available.
We are looking for someone who leads by example, supports a positive team culture, and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, personcentred care.
