We are looking for a senior, highly autonomous Strategy & Operations Manager to lead business planning, operational efficiency, and AI transformation across a 500-person regional marketing organisation.
Positioned within our Marketing Operations & Strategy Programs team, you will act as an internal transformation consultant. Your mission is to streamline complex workflows, optimise our agency ecosystem, and fundamentally change how our marketers work by implementing practical AI tools and automated processes.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a unique blend of management consulting rigour and hands-on technical automation.

What You’ll Do
- Drive AI Transformation: Act as a hands-on “AI Builder.” Directly implement, test, and deploy practical AI solutions and workflows to automate marketing operations and upgrade day-to-day ways of working.
- Optimize Business Operations: Lead critical operational cadences, including OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, and budget tracking. Build complex data models to provide quantitative analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Lead Change Management & L&D: Design and deploy comprehensive change management and learning programs to upskill 500+ team members on AI adoption, ensuring seamless transition and clear impact measurement.
- Execute Agency Consolidation: Manage large-scale initiatives to review, optimise, and consolidate our multi-country agency landscape to increase execution speed and maximise talent quality.
- Streamline Operations: Proactively identify process bottlenecks, improve project portfolio management (PPM) efficiency, and simplify executive decision-making frameworks to maximise organisational velocity.
- Experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations within a top-tier tech environment.
- Hands-on AI Implementation experience. You haven’t just used AI tools- you have built workflows, automated processes, or utilised AI tools to solve real business problems.
- Advanced Data Literacy. Exceptional spreadsheet modelling skills and the ability to synthesise large volumes of data into clear, actionable executive strategy.
- High Ambiguity Tolerance. Proven ability to run complex corporate programs completely independently from day one, keeping teams aligned and moving at high velocity.
