We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to join the Supply Chain team and learn all aspects of the dept. such as how to manage and optimise day-to-day supplier relationships and product life cycle and availability. In this role, you will be getting an understanding of our supply chain by closely working with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.

You will be required to forecast, negotiate, and resolve issues to maintaining product quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness and all things related to our menu development.


Areas you will Support:

Personnel

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for suppliers, supporting supplier performance management, issue resolution, and effective communication to ensure product availability, quality, and service standards are maintained across all lounges.
  • Join relevant supplier calls and interactions to understand the relationship and processes around consistent product quality, quantity, and stock levels.

Compliance

  • Assist with producing and checking that all F&B related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place across all lounges.
  • Maintain product specifications, compliance documentation, and allergen information, including managing updates to the allergen portal for current and new menu offerings.

Financial

  • Understand forecasting and how this works for both new and existing items to guarantee an uninterrupted supply of products.
  • Be part of the seasonal menu production and implementation, including coordinating product changes and maintaining accurate product data.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Has a strong interest in supply chain operations.


General

  • This is role will be offered as a temporary contract, planned to end on 31st December 2026.

  • Willingness to help other team members wherever possible and to understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough.
  • To undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the Company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities.
  • This is a hybrid role. You’ll split your time between working from home and our lounge sites when required. The balance will naturally flex based on business priorities and needs.

  • Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
