As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting individuals both at home and in the community, helping them achieve their goals, develop independence, and enjoy the activities they love.

Every individual we support is unique, but your role may include:
This is a full-time position working 40.25 hours per week on a rota basis, including a mixture of day and waking night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.

Due to the needs of the individuals we support and the activities they enjoy accessing within the community, a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal care.
- Helping with meal preparation, shopping, and household tasks.
- Accompanying individuals to community activities and appointments.
- Supporting hobbies and interests such as playing football, going for walks, visiting local attractions, attending social events, and enjoying leisure activities.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills development.
- Providing emotional support and promoting wellbeing.
- Working alongside colleagues, families, and professionals to deliver person-centred support.
- Completing care records and reports accurately.
This is a full-time position working 40.25 hours per week on a rota basis, including a mixture of day and waking night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
Shifts Are
- Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:30pm
- Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:30am
Driver Essential
