To maintain and develop systems and applications within the Blood sciences Laboratories under the guidance of the Biochemistry Laboratory Manager and Senior Analyst/Programmer.
Members of the LIMS IT Support team provide user and system support, covering the diagnostic laboratories of OUH. Liaising further afield with colleagues across the South 4 Pathology Partnership. The post holder will play a supporting role within the structure to ensure service continuity and development.
The post-holders will be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a methodical approach to tasks. As members of the team they will demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.

- As part of the team provide Day to Day support of the Winpath enterprise (WPE) laboratory system. As part of on call system endure lab operational capability 24/7 across multiple departments.
- Work closely with the EPR team to manage changes in WPE and EPR.
- Assist with statistical analysis, data collection, and audit support.
