The opportunity
Providing technical support and guidance on Openwork policies and procedures within our T&C function. Supporting our Partners, Advisers, and internal teams, ensuring T&C processes, licensing, and financial monitoring activities are completed accurately and on time.
This is a hybrid role based in Swindon 3 days per week.
Salary - £28,800
Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
Critical illness cover
Income protection - 1x salary
Death in service - 4x salary
27 days holiday + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 10 days
Up to 3 working days per year of paid time to participate in volunteering activities

Key Responsibilities
- Assess financial status of Partners, Shareholders, and Advisers
- Coordinate financial monitoring activity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date T&C records
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports (MI) on T&C activity
- Identify system or process improvements, particularly within Insight
- Keep T&C frameworks and documentation up to date and communicate changes clearly
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Background in Financial Services with an understanding of regulations
- Experience in financial monitoring is preferred but not essential
- Organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
- A can-do attitude with the independence to think outside of the box
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
