You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with our Head of People to ensure every candidate experiences a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment journey. Your ability to build meaningful connections will help us attract, engage, and secure the best talent on the market.

If you have a passion for connecting exceptional talent with fantastic career opportunities and enjoy creating a positive candidate journey, this could be the perfect role for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects ADSP’s values and employer brand at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and placing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, initial screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer stage communications.
  • Oversee the careers inbox, directing speculative applications to relevant job openings on ADSP’s careers page, and ensure all applications across Cord, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms are reviewed for suitability.
  • Screen and tag incoming applications accurately within ADSP’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining up-to-date candidate records, interview kits, and data privacy compliance (including candidate personal data removal requests).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain prompt, professional communication with candidates to keep them informed and supported throughout the process.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gather candidate progress updates, ensure interview feedback is recorded accurately, schedule next stages promptly, and facilitate personalised rejection communications to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Follow up on neutral and negative Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from candidates and escalate concerns to the Head of People.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and escalate any issues to the Head of People.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including liaising with the marketing team to update social media channels related to job vacancies and employer branding.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant ADSP policies, employment laws, and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in organising and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach activities.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to the Head of People.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for communicating professionally with candidates and other stakeholders.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate candidate screening, record keeping, and compliance.
  • Ability to use recruitment tools and technology, including ATS.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stages of the recruitment process efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with discretion.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and recruitment needs quickly and effectively.
