Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Hedge Fund – Up to £55k base + Large Bonus – Strong Progression

Our client, a leading quantitative strategy hedge fund, is looking to hire a Coordinator into a newly created role within the Talent Acquisition team based in London.

The firm has seen major growth in the last 18 months and all areas across non-investment, including talent acquisition, have grown. We are now looking to bring in an ambitious, growth minded individual to step into this role, leading on fast paced coordination, working with a team of established talent acquisition professionals and joining a close-knit team. As the TA Coordinator you will take ownership of managing interview scheduling, coordination, candidate experience and internal data management on the ATS, whilst also learning their recruitment processes. The hire will be tasked with providing the wider team with input on how multiple processes can be improved once you have settled in. You will also work with the broader HR teams to ensure that new joiner onboarding processes are as smooth as possible and gain exposure to different areas across talent acquisition, opening the door for you to build up and move into a specific area over time whether that be in early careers, investment or a broader HR position. You will also support with managing event logistics and brand management for the firm.

Candidates should have 1-3yrs experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role—ideally within HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition. An ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment is key.
