This is a rare opportunity for a Rec2Rec to move in-house and help build an industry-leading Talent Acquisition function for a scaling, global recruitment business.
Forsyth Barnes has a clear vision for Talent Acquisition, and we're looking for someone who can bring ideas, build on the foundations and play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and hire talent across the globe.
With a minimum of 24 hires forecast this year across entry-level, experienced, leadership, sales and non-sales roles, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact whilst helping create a function built for long-term growth.

You'll be responsible for:
- Market mapping and talent pipelining
- Engaging passive candidates through personalised outreach
- Conducting qualification calls and candidate assessments
- Partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Managing candidates from first conversation through to offer
- Contributing ideas and improvements to how Talent Acquisition operates
What we're looking for:
- 3-4 years' Rec2Rec experience
- Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills
- A proactive, relationship-led approach
- High standards and a genuine ownership mentality
- Confidence partnering with stakeholders at all levels
- Ambition to grow as the function and business scale
