We're now looking for a fluent German-speaking Delivery Consultant to join our London team, working directly alongside one of our top-billing consultants in the German tech market.
🎯 What is a 180 role?
No cold calling. No chasing clients. No business development pressure.
You focus entirely on what matters — finding and placing exceptional tech talent across Germany's Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors. It's the perfect entry point into recruitment if you're great with people, love a target, and want to learn the industry from the inside out.
Your day will involve:
→ Headhunting and sourcing specialist candidates across Germany → Screening and interviewing candidates for high-value roles → Managing candidates from first contact through to offer acceptance → Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage → Working side-by-side with a top biller to drive real results
