Talent Attraction Manager – Part time (fixed term contract)
Our People team are recruiting for a Talent Attraction Manager on a part time (23.5 hours) fixed term contract basis until September 2027.
What you will be doing:
- Reporting into the Head of Talent Attraction, Reward & Transformation, you will be responsible for delivering full end to end resourcing solutions for a variety of roles across Volkswagen Group UK.
- You will identify appropriate attraction solutions and media channels for direct sourcing.
- You will focus on our EVP and D&I initiatives through every touchpoint of the candidate experience and by coaching hiring managers on their decision making.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- Extensive recruitment experience and have proven success in using direct sourcing methods including social media, LinkedIn and headhunting.
- Strong influencing skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure with a flexible approach.
- Working knowledge of resourcing employment legislation and processes.
- Experience of delivering diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills.
