The Talent & Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of talent, engagement and development activity across UK&I, ensuring initiatives are well-coordinated, consistently executed and experienced positively by colleagues and man


agers.
Reporting into the Head of Talent, the role works closely with Learning, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and the wider Talent Team, acting as an execution and coordination engine that helps plans land well and deliver

impact.The role also partners with Global Talent colleagues to support the delivery of global initiatives (such as the Engagement Survey and Management Excellence Survey) ensuring local coordination, data accuracy and strong follow-t


hrough.
This is a delivery-focused role, not a strategic or governance position. The emphasis is on coordination, execution, insight and m


omentum.

Talent & Capability Coo

  • rdination Support the Head of Talent and Talent Team in coordinating talent and capability initiatives across
  • UK&I.Work closely with Learning and the L&D CoE to support planning, scheduling and delivery of development activity, particularly soft skills and manager capability p
  • rogrammes.Co-ordinate assessment days, career conversations activity and internal talent processes below leadership level, working in partnership with Talent Acquisition
