Teaching Assistant

Horizon Teachers are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in an SEN school located in Harlow. The schools vision is to re-engage pupils back into their learning and unlock their full potential.

The role

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant desirable
• Support the class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Provide one to one support or group assistance
• Motivating pupils with SEN
• Assisting with behaviour management
• Strong communication skills and being able to work in a team
