Swift Education is currently working with a range of primary, secondary and specialist schools across Putney, Clapham, Wandsworth, Wimbledon and the surrounding areas. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a short-term, long-term or permanent basis.

Immediate and September starts available.

Working Hours:

8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• Be able to work effectively as part of a classroom and wider school team
• Demonstrate confidence, resilience and a positive attitude
• Support pupils with their learning, wellbeing and development
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be adaptable and willing to support a range of learning needs

• Graduates looking to gain school-based experience
• Individuals with childcare, coaching or mentoring experience

Eligibility Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• Overseas Police Checks where applicable
• Two professional references
