Dutie

  • sSupports the Program manager in ensuring all client specifications and quality requirements are me
  • tInterfaces between the Program Manager and Project Leads
  • .Supports project governance and works in line with agreed project process flows to allow timely authorisation of project stage gates for planned work packages
  • .Assists in the management of SLAs and KPIs across all teams
  • .Leads on encouraging a culture of continual improvement to enhance project efficiency and deliver value to contract
  • .Enhance project team capability through training and development
  • .Communicate with company and departmental policies and procedures to the team
  • .Maintains morale and teamwork, motivating assigned staff to carry out duties
  • .Maintains key cross business relationships with project stakeholders through attending meetings and forums
  • .Present Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Slides to client

sRequirements

  • Have extensive leadership skills, having previously worked in a team management role befor
  • ePossess strong presentation and communication skills having stakeholder relationship experienc
  • eBe proficient in the MS office suit
  • eDemonstrate an understanding of data analytics methodologies and tools and be able to make decisions based on data analysi
  • sBe comfortable with collaborating with cross functional team
  • sHave an ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations and have experience in implementing quality improvement methodologie
  • sOrganization, time management, problem solving and attention to detail will come naturally to the right candidat
  • eHaving previous experience working in the energy sector is desirabl
  • eHaving GIS experience is desirabl
  • eExperience with Power BI is desirabl
  • eFlexible and adaptable to chang
