- sSupports the Program manager in ensuring all client specifications and quality requirements are me
- tInterfaces between the Program Manager and Project Leads
- .Supports project governance and works in line with agreed project process flows to allow timely authorisation of project stage gates for planned work packages
- .Assists in the management of SLAs and KPIs across all teams
- .Leads on encouraging a culture of continual improvement to enhance project efficiency and deliver value to contract
- .Enhance project team capability through training and development
- .Communicate with company and departmental policies and procedures to the team
- .Maintains morale and teamwork, motivating assigned staff to carry out duties
- .Maintains key cross business relationships with project stakeholders through attending meetings and forums
- .Present Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Slides to client
sRequirements
- Have extensive leadership skills, having previously worked in a team management role befor
- ePossess strong presentation and communication skills having stakeholder relationship experienc
- eBe proficient in the MS office suit
- eDemonstrate an understanding of data analytics methodologies and tools and be able to make decisions based on data analysi
- sBe comfortable with collaborating with cross functional team
- sHave an ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations and have experience in implementing quality improvement methodologie
- sOrganization, time management, problem solving and attention to detail will come naturally to the right candidat
- eHaving previous experience working in the energy sector is desirabl
- eHaving GIS experience is desirabl
- eExperience with Power BI is desirabl
