Service: Care Home
Shift Pattern: Days/Nights/Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated HCA Team Leader to join our care home team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Healthcare Assistant ready to take the next step, leading shifts and ensuring high standards of care are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating the care team during your shift
Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
Administering medication (where trained and competent)
Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records
Providing guidance, supervision, and support to care staff
Ensuring compliance with policies and care standards
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Senior HCA or Team Leader
Strong leadership and communication skills
A compassionate and professional approach
Good knowledge of safeguarding and care standards
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
