We are seeking a proactive and motivated Team Leader to join our Street Cleansing Team within the Waste and Street Services department, helping us deliver high‑quality frontline services across Plymouth.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a cross‑functional team working citywide to keep Plymouth clean, safe, and welcoming. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment, make effective decisions, and confidently lead and motivate others.
