Technical and Support Officers

Do you enjoy improving services, solving problems and making the most of technology? We're looking for two motivated Technical & Support Officers to join our busy Technical & Support Team.

In this varied role, you'll support critical Revenues, Benefits and Financial Services systems, drive service improvements, deliver training, analyse performance data, support business change projects and provide expert technical support across Transactional and Customer Services.

✅ We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience within a Revenues & Benefits and/or Financial Services environment
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and practices
• Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft 365
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience implementing new systems, processes or service improvements
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
