Tech lead/Scrum master
- Experience: 6+years in .NET development.
- Min. 2+ years as Team lead.
- Experience in reverse engineering, and modernization or technology migration.
- Technical skills:
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core, JavaScript, jQuery, MSSQL, RabbitMQ
- Version management: Git
- Architecture & methodologies: MVC, WebForm, Clean Architecture
- Web Development: HTML, CSS, Development of RESTful APIs
- New technologies: React or Angular.
- Communication and collaboration: excellent verbal and written communication in English; and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to coordinate the team, and acts as facilitator between cross-functional teams.
- Personal attributes: proactive, autonomous, resilient under pressure, and capable of adapting in a diverse technical environment.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot). Ability to guide best practices for team usage, review AI-generated code, and define guardrails for secure and compliant use
