What does the Tenders Coordinator role invo
lve?The role of Tenders Coordinator is key in securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders, developing quality proposal and pretentions to identify tender opportunities. This will incl
- ude:
Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportuni - ties.Updating of registers, databanks, and weekly management rep
- orts.Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business mana
- gers.Liaise with relevant managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid respo
- nses.Follow up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful
- bids.Maintain internal libraries and tools to aid future ten
ders.On the job training will be provided on our proce
sses.
