Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Manager role based in Chesterfield. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving instructions and sales across a defined local area, managing a pipeline of properties, and ensuring an excellent experience for sellers and buyers. Daily tasks include prospecting and generating new business, conducting property valuations, listing instructions, and overseeing viewings and offers through to completion. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing market advice, and ensuring that all activity aligns with Yopa’s service standards and brand values. The Territory Manager will collaborate closely with central support teams and other local agents to optimize performance and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, territory planning, and closing property instructions.
  • Customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and timely follow-up.
  • Property or estate agency experience (valuations, local market knowledge, negotiation) or a demonstrable ability to learn the sector quickly.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, appointments, and priorities within a busy territory.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and confidence using online platforms to manage listings and track performance.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for travel within the Rotherham territory.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
  • Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., property, sales, or business-related) are beneficial but not essential if experience is strong.
