The Rol
eAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging and matching high-quality candidates to client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who is motivated by people, relationships and results
.You’ll work closely with Sales and Delivery colleagues, managing the end-to-end candidate journey and building long-term relationships with consultants. Through structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll develop the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment environment
