What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full 360° recruitment process, including:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Identifying and engaging top talent across specialist technology markets
• Business development and winning new client partnerships
• Managing the interview and offer process
• Negotiating contracts and placements
• Developing your own specialist market and personal brand
• Working towards clear performance and career progression goals
