Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)
Salary: £23,150 - £27,100 basic + Uncapped Commission (No Thresholds)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (8:30am – 5:30pm Mon-Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)
Start Date: Immediate or flexible for the right candidate

You’ll be trained as a 360 Recruitment Consultant from day one. That means you’ll:
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Learn how to consult, advise and negotiate
- Become a specialist in HR, Finance, Legal, Social Housing or Property Management
