Trainer

We're recruiting Trainers to join a major technology transformation programme within a leading forklift truck and material handling equipment business.

📍 Start: 1 September

📍 Duration: Approx. 10 weeks (with potential extension)

📍 Delivery locations: Cannock- 3 days per week Onsite

Deliver face-to-face training to engineers as they transition to new digital systems, including IFS, a Mobile Work Order Platform and Toughbook devices. Training materials are already developed, so the focus is on engaging learners, building confidence and supporting successful adoption.

We're looking for trainers with:

✅ Strong classroom facilitation skills

✅ Experience delivering systems, technology or operational process training

✅ Confidence engaging operational or engineering audiences

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ A practical, down-to-earth approach to learning delivery
