What the job involves:

• You will be responsible for providing UK customers with the highest level of care and service by providing them with the spare parts they require for their machines in a timely and effective manner.
• Take responsibility for customer base as allocated to by the supervisor.
• Promote and secure profitable sales of parts using structured pricing matrix and tools provided.
• Aid within the team to achieve internal UK Parts Sales targets against budget.
• Monitor VOR and backorder situations to reduce the impact to the Customer with the appropriate internal team communications.
