Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Welcome & Registration Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients, ensuring accurate registration and completion of required documentation.
- Preparation of Treatment Centres Set up treatment areas ahead of clinical sessions, ensuring equipment, materials and the environment are ready for safe patient care.
- Post Assessment Support Assist patients following their clinical assessment, offering clear information, reassurance and direction as needed.
- Non Clinical Care Navigation Guide patients through the next steps of their care pathway, helping them understand processes, appointments and follow up requirements.
- Liaison with Central Team (Truro) Communicate effectively with the central administration team to coordinate bookings, resolve queries and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Medication Stock Management Monitor, record and replenish non controlled medication stocks in line with organisational procedures.
- Environment Cleanliness Maintain high standards of cleanliness in reception and patient areas, supporting infection prevention and control requirements.
- Premises Security Ensure the safety and security of the building, including opening/closing procedures, visitor management and reporting any concerns promptly.
