Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice on retirement planning, pensions, investments, estate planning and cashflow modelling for US-connected clients.
- Identify potential cross-border issues, including PFICs, FATCA implications and US-situs assets, before recommendations are implemented.
- Recommend investment solutions that are suitable for both UK and US regulatory and tax requirements.
- Manage and develop long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing financial planning.
- Work closely with in-house tax advisers, solicitors and investment specialists to ensure joined-up advice and positive client outcomes.

- Chartered status, or progress towards Chartered qualification, would be advantageous.
- Strong experience advising on pensions, investments, retirement and estate planning.
- Good understanding of cross-border planning considerations, including FATCA, PFICs and HMRC reporting-fund status.
- Previous experience working with US-connected clients would be highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial and tax matters in a clear and practical way.

The role would suit an adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering practical solutions to complex cross-border planning needs.
