- Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and respect.
- Support our recovery coordinators in delivering harm reduction interventions around drug, alcohol and substance use
- Provide non-judgmental advice on safer use, including reduction and drink down plans
- Complete Breathalyzer testing, urine drug screening and recording results
- Completing BBV testing
- Provide information to our service users of mutual aid support groups i.e. AA, SMART recovery groups
- Supporting our service users in attending nurse alcohol assessments and healthcare reviews
- Supporting the team in case management, recording notes on our case management system
- Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans, working towards their future goals and aspirations
- Full training and ongoing support
- Experience in a fast-paced, meaningful role
