The Vice President International Sales is a key executive responsible for leading and driving the organization's commercial strategy and activities. The primary purpose of this role is to grow revenue in the international market working with the extended ecosystem which includes marketing, customer success, business development, and our channel partner organization.

Purpose of the Role

Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and oversee the sales team, setting sales targets, strategies, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Management: Ensure customer deployment, support and expansion is working effectively.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to align product offerings with market demand and customer needs.
- Pricing Strategy: Help develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is integrated into business strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to net new ARR and expansion ARR, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the commercial department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise-class software sales

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and market trends to tailor commercial strategies accordingly.
- Business Development: Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
