Main Purpose of Job


The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to Advisers within Pinnacle Wealth Management as part of the central Assistant Support Unit (ASU).


The ideal candidate will need to be excellent at managing numerous tasks at any one time, prioritising these and maintaining attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities of the Job


This is an entry level administration role with the initial tasks you will be responsible for, relating to our Pension Transfer process. The types of tasks will include but are not limited to:


  • Send and chase LoA information
  • Use Pi in Pano, obtaining file notes
  • Perform initial simple CYC checks to get tentative approval from Adviser and client
  • Perform full CYC and complete Adviser Checklist and Salesforce CFR
  • Preapproval Transfer - complete and submit to PAC team
  • Reply to the CFR amends and BA feedback emails


As your experience and capabilities develop, additional responsibilities will be introduced with the opportunity to progress within the company, working towards the role of Wealth Management Assistant.
