About Us
Contact One Vale is currently looking for a Wellbeing Officer to join our small team who offer support to our most vulnerable residents in the Vale and provide Information, Advice and Assistance to our residents to support them with their wellbeing, Our Wellbeing Officer's work within Contact one Vale and complete outbound telephone assessments and complete referrals for Adult Social Services.

About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 5, SCP 8 - 12, £26,824 - £28,598 p.a.
Days / Hours per Week: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices
About You
You will need previous customer service experience or experience of working in Social Services or a care setting. You would need to be self motivated to reach out to our residents quickly, a great listener, excellent communicator and have a compassionate nature while being comfortable with using different computer systems.
