About the role

The Project Engineer acts as the main interface between the company and the client. The Project Engineer has a defined client portfolio and will be responsible for managing Score Group services & products to the client.


Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
  • Provide immediate support to all disciplines and interface function for all aspects of Score and customer organisations for all related activities.
  • Maximisation of all opportunities and development of contractual work scope to continuously improve the working relationships with customer base.
  • Coordination of the planning process and contract performance to ensure delivery against contractual and internal KPI’s and monthly/quarterly performance meetings.
  • Attendance at client’s premises on a regular basis as required by the client including the promotion of Score Group of services and new technologies.
  • Management of all new supply activities including approval of purchase requisitions, documentation (Pro-Arc), maintenance of client specific requirements and resolution QA queries.
  • Management and reporting of all Well related campaign activities.
  • Management of crew requirements and selection process inc performance reviews and feedback.
  • Management, planning, preparation, and execution of all offshore work and compiling of CTR’s, initial work packs and approval / submittal of close out reports.
  • Approval of all invoicing in accordance with the authorisation limits & financial review of job performance.
  • Approval, accuracy, and submission of status reports as per client’s requirements.
  • Submission and attendance of monthly or quarterly performance reports/reviews as required within the applicable contracts.
  • Management of work in progress (WIP) and ensuring the document is maintained and up to date all times.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.


Qualifications

  • HNC or HND Qualification (desirable) in an Engineering Discipline.
  • Sound working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Experience

  • Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the Well Integrity sector).
  • Understanding of Wellhead Systems, and Well Integrity requirements/legislation.
  • Experience in a previous Operations Supervisor or Customer support role.
