Responsibilities & Tasks
- B2B Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale partners, nurturing long‑term relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Wholesale Merchandising Oversight: Maintain and update product catalogues, pricing files, and line sheets; ensure partners have accurate, timely product information and availability updates.
- Order & Operations Management: Oversee the full wholesale order cycle, from onboarding and PO processing to fulfilment coordination, QC checks, and internal communication with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Business Development: Identify new retail opportunities, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and support the expansion of PURESEOUL into new stockists and distribution channels.
- Commercial Negotiation: Support negotiation of commercial terms, pricing structures, and onboarding requirements, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and profitability goals.
- Sales Reporting & Insights: Track sales performance, analyse account behaviour, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and operations teams to support launches, promotions, and B2B‑specific campaigns.
- Product & Pricing Support: Assist with pricing reviews, margin analysis, and product assortment recommendations for wholesale partners.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client‑facing interactions.
- Proven commercial mindset with experience in B2B environments or wholesale operations.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong interest in beauty, retail, and consumer products.
- Analytical mindset with strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales, wholesale merchandising, or account management.
- Qualification in Business, Buying, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems or wholesale platforms.
- Understanding of retail buying cycles and wholesale processes.
- Passion and knowledge of Korean beauty.
