- Assess and review technical work performed within the workshop to ensure quality and efficiency
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities, ensuring resources are effectively utilised
- Provide technical support to technicians and assist in diagnosing complex issues
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop
- Collaborate with management to implement best practices and improve service processes

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred
- Significant experience in a technical or controller role within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and machinery
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Full UK driving licence is required
