The Generic Recruitment Advisor is responsible for carrying out effective end-to-end recruitment processes in accordance with NHS Scotland Standard Operating Procedures, and providing recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of enquiries related to recruitment processes and procedures. We are recruiting Register and Non-Registered Nurses and Midwives for all areas in NHS Lothian.
The Generic Recruitment Advisor provides support to the Generic Recruitment Team Lead and Deputy Generic Recruitment Manager in the establishment of processes and systems of work within the Generic Recruitment Team and contributes to the NHS Lothian’s Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
Please note: As this post is part-time (32 hours per week), the salary will be pro-rata. This is an On-site post, based in the Comely Bank Centre, Edinburgh.
